HOW TO USE:

Our rings all follow the same concept - match the larger side of the element or use the marker to indicate the "full" breast you’re ready to feed from. Once your little one has finished, just remove the ring, flip it upside down, and put it back on. The new empty and full side will be represented for your next feeding session, giving your mind a break—future you will appreciate it!
